Firing the AMACO EX1099-SF

Finally! Jim hooked up the 3-phase to the large kiln that I've for over a year! I am doing my first firing with as I write. It is nearly done. Or so I hope so. I have no idea really whether it will shut off as it is supposed to or not. After all, this is my first time for using the thing.
I placed 6 of my bowls in and so far I have not heard anything like a blow up, hopefully this is a good sign. I had to call Amaco to get directions on how to fire it since I have no manual. They are extremely nice and very helpful - I would recommend working with them if you have the chance.
It's 9pm and the kiln just turned off! It hit 1728 degrees and voila! I can't wait until tomorrow to see what happened to the pots.
Here's the formula for firing at 08 bisque:
